"dolcitalia is family run buiness, providing traditional italian specialty food, recipes are those used in most Italian households. As a result our products are made from scratch using fresh ingredients. This is evident when comparing our product with those mass-produced by larger companies.
We are a wholesale business and provide local cafes and wholesalers with our product on a weekly basis.

 

Current products are:

Desserts:
- Tiramisu caffe`(coffee)
- Tiramisu limone (lemon)
- Tiramisu frutti (berries)

- Pannacotta cioccolato (chocolate)

- Vanilla pannacotta
- Pannacotta caffe`(coffee)

Pizza bases:

All pre-baked in a woodfired oven and ready to re-heat in a home oven

- Fresh tomato sauce

- Fresh tomato sauce and mozzarella

- Plain (just a drizzle of olive oil)
